During this time of the Covid-19 Global Pandemic we would like to offer some guided meditations to support you with your practice. 

peace. it does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. it means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.


In less than two minutes we can invite our nervous system to settle and this allows us to become more present.
