Wednesday evenings April 1st through 15th from 6 to 8:00 p.m.

Our vision is to empower participants to build life-long skills, accessing their inner resources in ways that are beneficial personally and in their service to others.

Helping schools, communities, and people develop programs and learn easy to use and practical, evidence-based mindfulness skills has been at the heart of our mission since we began teaching mindfulness classes in 2011.  Our founding and collaborating partners are passionate about providing offerings that are helping to build a more mindful community.
